usfax.com offers flexible pricing: Pay Per Fax at $2.99/fax for one-time users, Solo at $19/month ($15/month billed annually) for 300 pages, Practice at $29/month ($24/month annually) for 800 pages and 5 users, and Multi-site at $59/month ($49/month annually) for 10 users with unlimited pages. A free HIPAA BAA is coming to every paid plan (you will sign it yourself in Settings → HIPAA BAA), and no plan charges overage.

Yes. Solo, Practice and Multi-site include a free trial; the trial length and its limits are shown when you sign up. No payment card is required, and one trial is available per person.

If you cancel within 14 calendar days of your first payment, that payment is refunded in full and the subscription ends immediately; this full refund is available once per customer. After that you can cancel at the end of the current billing period, or cancel immediately with a prorated refund for the unused part of the period. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle, our merchant of record.

Online, from Settings → Billing, without contacting support. Cancelling stops renewal; your data is handled according to the retention settings you chose.

Yes — annual billing gives you more than two months free. Solo drops from $19 to $15/month (save $48/year), Practice from $29 to $24/month (save $60/year), and Multi-site from $59 to $49/month (save $120/year).

Practice includes 5 users and Multi-site includes 10. Extra seats on either plan are $8 per user per month, or $80 per user per year on annual billing. Solo is a single-user plan.

We don't charge overages — on any plan, ever. If you consistently go over your page allowance we'll move you up a plan and tell you first, so you are never surprised by a bill. Multi-site includes unlimited pages.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes. Porting your existing fax number to usfax.com is free on Solo, Practice and Multi-site. Keep your current line active until the port completes. Not yet — it is coming. We are preparing a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) that will be free on every paid plan — Solo, Practice, and Multi-site. You will sign it yourself in Settings → HIPAA BAA and keep a countersigned PDF in your account; no sales call. Until you have signed it, your account is not covered by a BAA and must not be used for protected health information.
